We have joined forces with AMCL, a specialist asset advisory company with offices in London, New York, Hong Kong and Sydney.

AMCL provides performance diagnostics and capability analysis that allow asset owners to understand both the capability they need to build, and how to build it. Together we will offer an end-to-end service to clients across all stages of the asset lifecycle – from acquisition and planning through to delivery and operation.

Over the last few years we have successfully worked with AMCL on a joint venture in North America for the US’s largest public power generator, the New York Power Authority. We created a strategic asset management plan for its power generation and transmission infrastructure and then set out a roadmap of activities and milestones to help the organisation transform the way it manages and prioritises the resources required to operate its assets in the most efficient and effective way.

The next decade will see the largest investment in infrastructure spending ever witnessed. By investing in AMCL, Turner & Townsend has gained world-class skills that will allow us to offer a truly end-to-end service to our infrastructure clients. The need to manage assets effectively and efficiently with resources and funds under ever increasing pressure means asset management capability will become a growing priority for every infrastructure owner. The combining of AMCL’s skills with our own leaves us uniquely placed to deliver tangible improvements to the way our clients develop new, and operate existing, assets.
