With its strategic geographical location and modern infrastructure, the UAE has strategically positioned itself as a leading logistics and travel hub and a major tourist destination.

Despite the global pandemic, the UAE’s hospitality sector is expected to make a record recovery during 2021, with the global mega-event ‘Expo 2020 Dubai’ being the main catalyst for an influx in foreign investment and heightened hotel occupancy levels.

Hospitality aside, the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and The Abu Dhabi Vision 2030, continues to fulfil the demand for new bespoke mixed-use schemes.

The country also continues to benefit from major injection of capital aimed at further enhancing the infrastructure network and developing top class real estate to make the UAE among the best countries to live in around the world.

GDP in the UAE is expected to reach 400 USD billion by the end of 2021.
