Our U.S. team comprises nearly 1,800 employees, working across 26 offices. Within the region, we specialise in project and cost management, risk, contracts and procurement, lean construction practices, and life cycle asset management.

CBRE Heery, the public sector project and programme management specialists, transitioned into our business from CBRE, Inc. in January 2023. CBRE Heery is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Turner & Townsend Inc. and it will continue to operate under the legal entity name “CBRE Heery”.

In August 2023, CBRE’s healthcare project management team also joined our U.S. business. The healthcare team comprises a specialised group of professionals providing large capital project management for major hospitals, healthcare organisations and universities with teaching medical clinics across the country.

These transfers are a critical step in aligning our joint service offerings for clients and establishing CBRE and Turner & Townsend as the premier programme, project and cost management provider in the U.S.
