Client's requirements
PayPal occupied three floors of Edifício Bonfiglioli, a well-located building in São Paulo near other technology companies. Their growth in Brazil at the beginning of 2018 meant they needed to expand to the 17th floor (approximately 490m2).
Our contribution
We joined the project after the design phase had started and contributed immediately by working with the client to find opportunities to make cost savings.
We then provided project and cost management services to deliver the executive design, construction and close-out phases with positive feedback from the client, having exceeded expectations for all our KPIs.

Making the difference
