Client's requirements

To accommodate Zurich Insurance employees in the Cologne and Bonn offices into a single site, a new office building will be constructed with the following parameters:

  • 55.000 qm² (office and related spaces)
  • flexible working environment
  • State-of-the-art technical equipment

Our contribution

Turner & Townsend has been commissioned to provide overall project management services for tenant interests. We've been involved since a very early stage of the project to identify the user requirements within two different architectural concepts and locations. The project is now in the implementation phase and we are providing project management services as the client's representative, with a team of up to seven people.

We have also been assigned with some special tasks, such as the construction of a detailed cost model as a reference for the tendering and the simulation of occupational models within the workplace concept 'Dynamic Working'.
